NEWPORT R.I. - Our next round of signings feature three more pitchers! Maddox Miller from Mississippi State, WIll Allen From USF, and Bryce Koch from Louisville! The 2026 Player Signings are brought to you by GOING YARD BASEBALL!
Maddox Miller emerged as a bullpen force for Mississippi State in his freshman season, posting a sterling 2.42 ERA and a 4–2 record while routinely handling high-leverage innings for the Bulldogs. The son of former big leaguer Matt Miller, Maddox has combined poise and swing-and-miss stuff that belies his youth, mixing a lively fastball with a sharp breaking pitch to erase threats and keep opponents off balance. Trusted by the coaching staff in late-game situations, he’s already carving out a role as a reliable late-inning option with higher-leverage workload and pro potential looming if his development and command continue on their current trajectory.
Sophomore from Louisville, Bryce Koch brings both athleticism and versatility to the field after spending his freshman season at Cincinnati. A standout two-sport athlete in high school, Koch excelled in both baseball and football, showcasing the competitive mindset and work ethic that continue to shape his game today. His multi-sport background has helped develop his toughness, coordination, and leadership as he continues to grow at the collegiate level.
From USF, Will Allen is a 6-foot-4 right-handed pitcher from Warner Robins, Georgia. Known for his strong presence on the mound and competitive edge, Allen emerged as one of the top arms in the state during his senior season, ranking among the top ten players at his position in Georgia. His size, command, and ability to attack hitters have made him a promising talent as he continues his collegiate career.
