Directions

FROM POINTS NORTH - Route 24 South…Follow signs to Newport. Take Route 24 to the end. This will exit you directly on Route 114 South. Proceed on Route 114 South for (6.3 miles). RIGHT at Coddington Hwy (Burger King on left) follow Coddington Hwy to enter the traffic circle (1.6 miles) continue around the traffic circle past the (7-11 on right) then make a RIGHT at the signal to enter the 138 WEST freeway on ramp. Make an immediate LEFT to "Downtown NEWPORT/GOAT ISLAND", (Approx. 200 yards). Continue (.6 Mile) past the cemetery and make a RIGHT on Route 238 SOUTH (America’s Cup Ave). Continuing (.3 miles), Cardines field is on the LEFT. Parking is available at garage or shopping center near the field.

FROM POINTS SOUTH - Route 95 North to Exit 3A in Rhode Island…Take Route 138 East past the University of Rhode Island…Follow Route 138 over the Jamestown and Newport Bridges. Follow signs to downtown Newport. Once over the Newport bridge, make a RIGHT after the cemetery onto America's Cup Ave. Cardines Field is 0.3 mile on LEFT.

Parking

Reduced rate parking is available for all Newport Gulls home games at the Newport Visitor's Center, located across America's Cup Ave. from Cardines Field. The rate is just $4 for the night with a game ticket.

Fee-based parking is also available at lots on West Marlborough Street. Metered parking is available on Thames Street, about one block from the stadium. There is no parking on America's Cup Ave.

Limited on-street parking is available with a Newport Resident Sticker in the neighborhoods around Cardines Field. Free, on-street parking can be found on West Marlborough Street, but space is extremely limited.
